【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of comfort care on patients pain,anxiety and nursing satisfaction after fracture operation.Method:Selected admitted to our hospital 90 cases of patients with fracture,were divided into two groups by randomization,divided into two groups:the control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases),using conventional nursing mode in the control group of nursing,observation group received comfort care,using visual analogue scale(VAS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) on the patients pain,anxiety,emotional,and compared two groups of nursing effect.Result:The observation group and the control group of patients after 6 hours of vas, SAS score comparison, no significant difference (P>0.05);7 days after operation in the two groups of vas and SAS scores were significantly lower, between the two groups differences exist significant (P<0.05); comparison of satisfaction with nursing care, the observation group was 95.6% (43/45), was significantly higher than that of the control group was 73.3%(33/45),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the fracture postoperative nursing care of patients with comfort care to effectively alleviate the pain of the patients, eliminate the anxiety of patients, significantly improve the patients satisfaction with nursing, the scheme has promotion value.
