【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the correlation of estrogen level and psychological state in uterine leiomyoma patients. Methods: 45 cases of uterine leiomyoma patients in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2015 were choose as a team, and the same time 45 cases of ovarian cyst patients over the same period were choose as control group, the patients were in preoperative one mouth to check serum estradiol level and the self-reported depression scale (SDS) and anxiety rating scale (SAS) of two groups of patients with mental health score.Results: The preoperative, two groups of patients with anxiety self-assessment scale SAS scores and SDS depression self rating scale score value difference is not obvious (P > 0.05), serum estradiol level research group is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01);Two groups of patients with SAS, SDS score and estrogen level has no relevance.Conclusions: Preoperative mental state of patients with uterine leiomyoma no obvious correlation with estrogen levels, but patients with uterine leiomyoma estrogen levels are significantly higher than the control group, and there exist certain preoperative anxiety and depression symptoms, should pay attention to actively carry out psychological intervention in clinical treatment.
