【Abstract】 Objective:By analyzing postoperative complications and related psychiatric symptoms aggravating circumstances of abortion of mid-pregnancy with schizophrenia,to explore targeted care measures.Methods:Regard the patients about abortion of mid-pregnancy with schizophrenia as the object of this study from February 2011 to September 2015 in our hospital,randomly divided into experimental group with 41 cases and control group with 41 cases,giving surgical abortion to patients in the control group as well as conventional inpatient care, while the experimental group were been giving targeted details care measures simultaneously before the implementation of surgical abortion, intraoperative, intrapartum, and postpartum,and then compare the psychiatric symptoms and postoperative complications of two groups’ patients .Results:Exacerbation of psychiatric symptoms、BPRS score and complications incidence rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than the patients of control group,and was significant statistically(P <0.05).Conclusion:Surgical abortion protective measures of attention, while strengthening monitoring of vital signs, is the key to ensuring the success of the surgery,targeted details care measures simultaneously before the implementation of surgical abortion, intraoperative, intrapartum, and postpartum, timely relieve pain, to avoid the onset of psychiatric symptoms in patients and care accidents caused by pain, ensure the success of the surgical abortion, help patients spending perioperative and improve family satisfaction rate.
