摘要	心智化（mentalization），指能够从外部的角度看待自己和从内部的角度理解他人的能力。自1989年这一概念提出以来，学者们已经在该领域展开了数以千计的研究，但心智化概念及其评估方法仍是一个充满争议和挑战的主题。本文回顾了心智化概念的发展历程，试图通过比较其与“反思功能”、“心理理论”、“元认知”和“共情能力”等几个重要相关概念的异同,进一步明晰心智化概念的内涵，并介绍了心智化评估工具的发展现状。
Abstract	Mentalization refers to those abilities with whom one can see himself/herself from an external perspective and understand others from an internal perspective.Since this concept was put forward in 1989, scholars have launched thousands of studies in this field.However, Mentalization and its assessment methods are still full of disputes and challenges.This article reviews the development of mentalization concept,trying to compare the differences and similarities among mentalization and several important related concepts,such as Reflective Function,Theory of Mind, Metacognition and Empathy, to clarify the concept of mentalization further.Meanwhile,this study introduces the present situation of assessment tools in mentalization.
