摘要	【摘要】探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮对首发未用药精神分裂症患者疗效、认知功能及血清BDNF浓度的影响。方法 83例患者随机分为阿立哌唑组（43例）和利培酮组（40例），疗程8周。用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、精神分裂症认知功能成套测验（MCCB）评定临床疗效及认知功能，用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清BDNF浓度。结果 ①两组有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；②阿立哌唑组在认知维度中符号编码、语义流畅性、言语记忆、空间广度、数字序列、迷宫、视觉记忆及总分上明显高于利培酮组（P＜0.05）；③阿立哌唑组血清BDNF浓度明显高于利培酮组（P＜0.01）。结论阿立哌唑与利培酮总体疗效相当；阿立哌唑改善认知功能和升高血清BDNF 浓度优于利培酮。
Abstract	【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy，cognitive function and BDNF serum levels of aripiprazole and risperidone in treating patients with drug-naive first-episode schizophrenia.Methods Totally 83 patients were randomly enrolled and divided into aripiprazole group (n=43) and risperidone group (n=40)，and treated with the monotherapy for 8 weeks, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery(MCCB) were used to assess clinical efficacy and cognitive function, serum levels of BDNF were measured by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).Results ①The effective rates had no significant difference in two groups(P＞0.05);②The symbolic coding, category fluency, verbal memory, space width, digit sequence, maze, visual memory and total score in aripiprazole group were higher than those in risperidone group(P＜0.05);③Serum levels of BDNF in aripiprazole group were higher than those in risperidone group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole and risperidone have similar clinical efficacy for treating first-episode schizophrenia.But aripiprazole improve cognitive function and increase serum levels of BDNF more significantly than risperidone.
