| 摘要 |
分析抑郁症患者院外服药依从性的相关因素及其对抑郁症复发的影响。方法 选取 2011 年 7 月至 2014 年 7 月之间出院抑郁症患者 135 例进行随访。调查内容主要包括一般人口学资料、住院治疗与出院后服药相关情况、家庭和社会支持情况、复发情况等。实际共得到 120 例调查资料，按照遵照医嘱服药或是自行减药、断续服药、停药将其分为依从组和非依从组，其中依从组 56 例，非依从组 64 例。结果 （1）依从组和非依从组患者在性别、年龄上的差异无统计学意义（P >0.05），在受教育程度和婚姻情况上的差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；（2）120 例患者中，有 76例出现复发，44 例未见复发。依从组中复发 15 例，占 26.7％，非依从组中复发 61 例，占 93.8％，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。（3）Logistic 回归分析得出，影响抑郁症服药依从性的直接因素主要有文化程度、家庭对服药的态度、用药维持时间、用药剂量、工作能力、复发情况。结论 加强宣传遵照医嘱服药重要性，注重改善家庭环境，提高医疗质量是提高抑郁症患者院外依从性，降低复发率的关键。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze related factors of discharged depressive patients’medication complianceand its effect on the recurrence of depression. Methods A total of 135 cases of patients with depression during July2011 and July 2014 who discharge from our hospital were selected and follow-up. The contents of investigation mainlyincluded the general demographic data，hospitalization，related situation after discharge，family and social supportsituation，relapse and so on. 120 cases of survey data were got actually totally，they were divided into the compliancegroup（56 cases）and the non-compliance group（64 cases）as the condition of follow the doctors advice to take medicineor intermittent medication discontinuation. Results （1）There were no significant differences between two groupsin gender and age（P >0.05）. There were significant differences between two groups in education and marriage showedstatistically significance（P <0.05）.（2）Among 120 cases，76 cases with recurrence and 44 cases with no recurrence.There were 15 cases with recurrence in the compliance group（26.7％）. It was significant low than that in the noncompliancegroup（93.8％）（P <0.05）.（3）Logistic regression analysis showed that the direct factors that affectingdepression medication adherence mainly were cultural level，family attitude to medication，medication，dosage，theability to work and recurrence. Conclusion Paying more attention to strengthen the importance of taking medicine asthe doctors advice，improve the family environment and the quality of medical treatment are key points to improve themedication adherence in patients with depression
