药物联合音乐疗法方案应用于精神分裂治疗的临床效果观察

摘要	【摘要】目的：探讨联合应用利培酮和音乐疗法对精神分裂患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法：选择2014年5月至2015年8月期间在本院接受治疗的84例精神分裂患者随机平分为2组。对照组给予单纯利培酮治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础之上同时给予音乐疗法，对比分析2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：在治疗总有效率上，2组分别为90.63%、81.25%，观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；在BPRS SANS、NOSIE比较，治疗后观察组均有明显下降，其与治疗前、对照组相比均存在显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：在应用利培酮对精神分裂患者进行治疗的同时应用音乐疗法可促进临床治疗下效果得到明显提高，该种治疗方案具有推广应价值。
Abstract	【Abstract】Objective: Discussion combination of risperidone and music therapy to treat patients with schizophrenia clinical effect.Methods:Choose from May 2014 to August 2015 period in our hospital treated 84 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received risperidone alone, the observation group while giving music therapy in the treatment on the basis of the control group, comparative analysis of clinical outcomes of the two groups of patients.Results:On the rate of progress, the two groups were90.63%、81.25%The observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05);In BPRS SANS, NOSIE comparison after treatment in the observation group were significantly decreased with before treatment, there were significant differences (P <0.05) compared to the control group.Conclusion:Application of risperidone in patients with schizophrenia treated at the same time can promote the use of music therapy under clinical effect has been significantly improved, having this kind of treatment should be to promote the value.
