摘要	摘要：目的：探讨心理护理对创伤骨科患者早期功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法：选取2014年1月-2016年1月在我院进行手术治疗的330例骨折患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上进行心理护理干预，比较两组患者的生活质量和锻炼依从性。结果:观察组心理健康、情绪角色、躯体功能、躯体角色、活力、疼痛、社会功能及总健康8个指标评分均高于对照组（p<0.05），生活质量优于对照组;观察组功能锻炼依从性高于对照组（p<0.05）。结论：心理护理能够提高患者生活质量和功能锻炼依从性，有利于患者身心健康，值得推广。
Abstract	Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of psychological nursing on the compliance of early functional exercise in patients with trauma department of orthopedics.methods:330 cases of fracture patients as the research object from January 2014 to January 2016,Randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group received routine care, the observation group on the basis of psychological nursing intervention, patients quality of life and exercise compliance were compared.Results:The observation group of mental health, emotional role, physical function, role physical, energy, pain, social function and total health eight index scores were higher than those of the control group (p <0.05), quality of life than the control group; observation group function exercise compliance is higher than that of the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:Conclusion: psychological nursing can improve the quality of life of patients and functional exercise compliance, which is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients, it is worth promoting.
