| 摘要 |
探讨心理护理在老年高血压并高血脂患者护理中的临床效果观察。方法 选取时间为2020年5月到2021年5月期间在我院进行护理的老年高血压并高血脂患者作为研究对象，将患者进行分组对比，按照随机数字表法的方式进行分组，分为对照组与实验组，每组有患者人数为34例，共有患者人数为68例。对照组患者在本次护理中应用常规护理，实验组则在对照组的基础上结合心理护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 对照组患者的不良情绪比较高（P＜0.05）；实验组患者血压水平好于对照组，对比数据P<0.05。两组患者在血清三酰甘油TG、血清总胆固醇TC、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-C、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C对比中，实验组较对照组更低（P<0.05），数据对比存在意义。结论 对老年高血压并高血脂患者进行护理时，在常规护理基础上结合心理护理效果更好，还能改善患者的血压水平，改善患者的不良情绪，护理效果值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods the elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who were nursing in our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the method of random number table. There were 34 patients in each group and 68 patients in total. The patients in the control group applied routine nursing in this nursing, while the experimental group combined psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results the patients in the control group had higher negative emotions (P < 0.05); The blood pressure level in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In the comparison of serum triglyceride TG, serum total cholesterol TC, serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C and serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C between the two groups, the experimental group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion when nursing elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia, the effect of psychological nursing combined with routine nursing is better. It can also improve the blood pressure level and bad mood of patients. The nursing effect is worth popularizing.
