【Abstract】Purpose:Discussion on positive psychological nursing intervention on the Parkinsons disease with depression and cognitive function of patients with clinical results..Method:Select January 2014-December 2015 in our hospitals Parkinsons disease depression and cognitive impairment in patients with 116 cases,According to the treatment wards are divided into two groups,Each group of 58 cases.Control group received routine nursing care model,observer Group in routine nursing care on the basis of,the positive psychological nursing intervention,8 weeks of continuous nursing intervention.Using the Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA),to compare the results of the two groups before and after the intervention.Result:Nursing intervention after 8 weeks,The observation groupfor other reasons lost 4 patients with access,the control group lost 5 cases.HAMD scored in the two groups was significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05),observation groups declined significantly higher than the control group,the two groups, significant differences(P<0.05)MoCA in the observation group scores and language, naming, delayed recall 5 dimension scores were significantly higher than before the intervention,compare with care before, there are significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,MoCA scores and language, naming, delayed recall 3 dimension scores significantly higher than the control group,there are significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive psychology interventions can significantly improve Parkinsons patients with depression symptoms and cognitive impairment, is of positive significance for improving the survival and quality of life.
