〇bjective To study therapy effect and compliance of Shugan Jieyu capsu1 combined with escita-lopram oxalate for elderly patients wiLh anxiety depression and body disease. Methods 86 paLients with anxiety de- pression with body disease were divided into observation group and control group, control group treated with escita1o- pram oxalate, observation group treated with Shugan Jieyu capsul combined with escitalopram oxalate. Therapy effect, anxiety and depression score, therapy compliance, adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Result Therapy effect: observation group efficiently(95.35%) was significantly higher than the control groups (81.40%) (Z2=4.074, P<0.05) ; HAMD, HAMA scores: 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks afLer Lreatment, observa- tion group HAMD, HAMA scores were significantly lower than the control group (t=3.654~6.587, P<0.05) ; Therapy compliance: observation group therapy compliance was significantly higher than the control group (X2= 3.957~6.672, P<0.05); Adverse reactions: observation group adverse reaction (13.95%) was significantly lower than the control groups (32.56%) (K2=4. 170, P<0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsul combined with escitalopram oxalate help to improve therapy compliance, and relieve anxiety depression symptoms, reduce the adverse reaction, then improve the effect of treatment.
