[Abstract] Objective: To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention measures for the prognosis and mental state of the patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods: Medical record data of 82 patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction in our hospital from January,2015 to January,2016 were collected,and were randomly divided by the computer.In the control group of 41 patients were underwent the routine nursing intervention while in the observation group of 41 patients were underwent the comprehensive nursing intervention.Then,the prognosis of the two groups were compared,the improvement situation of mental state of patients were evaluated by the Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self rating Depression Scale (SDS).And the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared by the self designed nursing satisfaction questionnaire. Results: The arrhythmia, cardiac shock, cardiac pain and other incidence rate of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);The SDS, SAS score in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group (P<0.05);And the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction are better,which can improve the psychological status of patients, improve the quality of care, and the prognosis is better,thus it is worthy to be recommended.
