摘要
探讨肺炎患儿家长的心理状态及心理护理措施的应用效果。方法 选取在我院接受治疗的并且由父母双人陪护的肺炎患儿100例, 采用焦虑自评量表(SAS) 和症状自评量表(the sympLom checklist90, SCL-90)对患儿家长的心理状态进行评估。在患儿入院时,对100 例患儿家长进行 SAS评分, 比较不同年龄、性别、地区、 文化程度家长的 SAS评分差异, 随机地分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对对照组的患儿采取常规的综合护理措施,对研究组患儿在常规综合护理措施的基础上加强对患儿家长的心理护理千预, 比较两组患儿家长在千预前和千预后的 SAS评分,比较两组患儿家长千预前后的 SCI,-90评分。结果 不同年龄、地区、性别的患儿家长 SAS评分差异无统计学意义(」P>0.05) ,文化程度为高中及以上的患儿家长 SAS评分显著高于文化程度为初中及以下的家长。 干预后研究组患儿家长的 SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0. 05) ,干预后,研究组患儿的 SCL-90量表评分各因子显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论文化程度越高的肺炎患儿家长焦虑状况更为严重, 对肺炎患儿家长进行有效的心理干预能够显著地改善患儿家长的焦虑状况, 显著提高患儿家长的配合度, 值得推广应用 。
Abstract
〇bjective To discuss and analysis the psychological state of the parents of the children withpneumonia and the application effect of strengthening the psychological intervention. Methods 100 children with pneumonia who were double escort by parents in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the studying group(n=50) and the control group(n=50). By the self-assessment lists of anxiety symptoms(SAS) and self rating scale(the symptom checklist90, SCL-90) to evaluate the psychological status of parents for the control of children with conventional comprehensive nursing measures, studying group were treated on the basis of the conven- tional comprehensive nursing measures to strengthen the psychological nursing intervention for parents. When chil- dren admitLed to hospital, Lo SAS scores of 100 cases of children with parents, compare dif「erent age and parents SAS scores of cultural difference. To compare two groups of parents before intervention and after the intervention of selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) score. Results SAS score difference of different ages have no statistical significance (/)>0.05) , degree of culture for the parents of high school and above SAS score significantly higher cultural level forjunior middle schoo1 and the parents. After the intervention group of parents SAS score was significantly1ower than the contro1 group(P<0. 05). After the intervention, the studying group with SCL-90 scale scores of each fac- tor is significantly1ower than that of contro1 group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pneumonia with the higher education parents anxiety situation is more serious, parents of children with pneumonia with effective psychological intervention can significantly improve parents anxiety, significantly increase the cooperation degree of parents, is worthy of popu-larization and application
