〇bjective To study the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with舒neco1ogic cancer surgery. Methods From January 2015 to May2013 in our hospita1 87 cases ofgyneco1ogica1 treatment of tumor patients were studied, according to the digital table grouping method is divided into contro1 group (n=40) and research group(n=47), the control group was given conventional nursing, the research group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group, compared with two groups of patients with clinical nurs- ing effect. Results The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared with those of the 0.05 groups before and after nursing. The anxiety and depression scores of the study group werelower than those in the control group, P<0.05.The total score o」f the control group was57.4十13.4, the total score of the study group was 33. 7十12. 7, the total score of the study group waslower than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0. 05). Symptoms, activitylimitation, and disease impact scores of the study group were significantly1ower than those in the contro1 group(P<0. 05). Conclusion 1、1ursing inte]1vention can effectively improve the anxiety and de- pression of patients with gynecological tumor surgery, the effect is remarkable, and has the value of popularization and application.
