Objective To explore the effect of applying mobile payment platform to hospitals under the background of "Internet +". Methods Random sampling method was adopted. From January 2018 to December 2018 as the pre-application, 300 patients who did not use the mobile payment platform to pay in our hospital were selected as the control group, and from May 2019 to May 2020 as the application Then, 300 patients who were paid by the unified mobile payment platform in our hospital were selected as the observation group. The control group was compared with the observation group after implementing the mobile payment platform. Results In each group of 300 patients, compared with the traditional UnionPay refund delay time in the control group, the WeChat, Alipay UnionPay refund delay time in the observation group could be reduced by 8 hours, of which UnionPay MIS-POS decreased by 96 hours, and Alipay by 96 hours. Compared with the control group, the refund success rate of the observation group was higher, and the error rate of missed, unreceived, and over-received errors were all lower, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups. (P>0.05); the rate of seeing a doctor before the application of the unified mobile payment platform was 82.00%, and that after the application was 96.00%, and the rate of seeing a doctor after the application was higher (P<0.05). , after the application was 4.00%, and the rate of patients with application rate was greatly reduced (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group spent less time in the processes of registration, taking medicine, waiting for a doctor, paying for a doctor, and visiting a doctor.
