Objective To study the clinical curative effects of Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets and Magnesium Val-proate Sustained Release Tablets respectively combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of bipolar disorder manicepisodes. Methods 135 cases of patients with bipolar disorder manic episodes were divided into 3 groups by randomnumber table method，with45casesineachgroup. Thecontrol groupweretreatedbylithiumcarbonatealone. The effects are clear. The treatment can effectively promote the recovery of part cognitive functionof patients and the onset time of Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets combined with lithium carbonate is shorter.
