哌罗匹隆治疗精神分裂症对照研究的荟萃分析

摘要	目的　评价哌罗匹隆治疗精神分裂症的疗效。方法　对10项哌罗匹隆与其它抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症对照研究的文献应用荟萃分析（Meta分析）进行再分析。结果　哌罗匹隆自身前后对照，提示治疗前后症状学变化差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）。哌罗匹隆与对照药组间的比较，提示治疗哌罗匹隆与对照药疗效相当，症状学变化差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论　哌罗匹隆治疗精神分裂症疗效显著，与对照药治疗精神分裂症的疗效相当。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Perospirone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Usingthe method of meta-analysis，weincludeandre-analyze10case-control studiesof Perospironeandotherantipsychot- ，weincludeandre-analyze10case-control studiesof Perospironeandotherantipsychot- we include and re-analyze 10 case-control studies of Perospirone and other antipsychot-ics in the treatment of schizophrenia. Results The change of symptom before and after the treatment of perospirone wasstatistically significant（P <0.01）. Withregardtothesemiological change，therewasnostatisticallysignificant differ- ）.
