Objective　Toexploretheof psychological interventiononthefearof bloodtransfusionandnursing To explore the of psychological intervention on the fear of blood transfusion and nursingquality of patients with hematologic diseases. Methods　160casesof patientswithhematologicdiseaseweredivided 160 cases of patients with hematologic disease were dividedinto control group and observation group according to random number table method，with80casesineachgroup. Allof ，with80casesineachgroup. Allof with 80 cases in each group. All ofthe patients were received blood transfusion treatment. The control group were received routine nursing，andtheobser- ，andtheobser- and the obser-vation group were received routine nursing combined with psychological intervention. Fear visual analog scale（FAVS） （FAVS） FAVS）score and nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction rate of the 2 groups were compared. Results　Therewere51 There were 51cases of patients with different degrees of fear in the observation group，andweresignificantlylowerthanthecontrol ，andweresignificantlylowerthanthecontrol and were significantly lower than the controlgroup（64cases）（ （64cases）（ 64 cases）（ ）（P <0.05）；Thescoresof nursingqualityscoreintheobservationgroupweresignificantlyhigherthan ）；The scores of nursing quality score in the observation group were significantly higher thanthose in the control group（P <0.05）；The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group（100％）was significantlyhigher than that in control group（81.3％）（P <0.05）. Conclusions　The implementation of psychological interventioncan effectively reduce the fear of patients with blood disease in the process of transfusion，and improve the quality ofnursing.
