摘要	探讨非典型抗精神病药物利培酮单一药物对首发和慢性精神分裂症患者惊跳反射弱刺激抑制（PPI）和P50缺陷的影响。方法比较81例急性期精神分裂症首发患者和92例慢性精神分裂症患者利培酮治疗治疗前及治疗4~6周后完成PPI和P50的改变情况。结果（1）治疗前PPI和P50指标在两组患者之间差异未达显著性（P>0.05）。（2）PPI和P50抑制与精神分裂症患者PANSS得分、发作次数、病程之间无相关性（P>0.05）。（3）治疗前后比较，除P50中的S2波幅的组别主效应显著（P=0.02）外，其余P50测量指标以及PPI抑制率的主效应及交互作用均不显著（P>0.05）；利培酮对PPI和P50测量指标的影响与疗效无关。结论首发和慢性精神分裂症的感觉门抑制缺陷与病程等具有相对的独立性，利培酮难以改善PPI和P50抑制缺陷。
Abstract	Objective　To investigate the effect of atypical antipsychotics risperidone on prepulse inhibition ofthe startle reflex (PPI) and P50 deficit in first-episode and chronic patients with schizophrenia. Methods　PPI and P50were tested and compared in 81 first-episode acute schizophrenia patients and 92 chronic schizophrenia patients beforeand after the risperidone. Results　There was no significant difference in PPI and P50 indices between the two groupsbefore treatment (P>0. 05); 2) there was no significant correlation between PPI & P50 inhibition indices and PANSSscore, onset frequency and disease course (P>0.05); 3) Except the significant group main effect for S2 amplitude in P50(P=0. 02), there was no significant change for main effect and interaction of the other P50 and PPI inhibition ratio indicesafter treatment (P>0. 05). The effect of risperidone on PPI and P50 measurement index had nothing to do with thecurative effect. Conclusion　There exists a deficit in sensory gating inhibition in both first-episode schizophrenia andchronic schizophrenia, which is relatively independent from disease course. The risperidone is not effective in improvingPPI and P50 inhibition deficit.
