[摘要]目的：探讨术前心理干预对剖宫产手术患者负性情绪、自我效能及满意度的影响。方法：2015年6月至2016年6月选取本院收治的220例剖宫产患者，根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组（n=110）及对照组（n=110），对照组应用围手术期应用常规性护理，观察组在对照组基础上应用术前心理干预，比较两组患者干预前后负性情绪、自我效能及满意度情况。结果：观察组干预后SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组干预后自我效能感评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后出血率、产后抑郁发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05），而满意率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：术前心理干预能有效提高剖宫产手术患者自我效能，改善产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪，能预防及降低产妇产后出血及抑郁症的发生，提高产妇满意度。关键词：术前心理干预；负性情绪；自我效能；满意度Effects of Preoperative Psychological Intervention on Negative Emotions, Self - efficacy and Satisfaction of Patients undergoing Cesarean Section[Abstract] Objective: To explore the influence of preoperative psychological intervention on negative emotion, self-efficacy and satisfaction of patients undergoing cesarean section. Methods: 220 cases of patients undergoing caesarean section were randomly divided into observation group (n=110) and control group (n=110) according to the random number table from June 2015 to June 2016.The control group were applicated with routine care and observation group were applicated with preoperative psychological intervention.The negative emotions,self-efficacy and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results: The levels of SDS scores,SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The score of self - efficacy of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative bleeding and postpartum depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Preoperative psychological intervention can effectively improve the self - efficacy of cesarean section patients, improve maternal anxiety and depression, can prevent and reduce the incidence of maternal postpartum hemorrhage and depression, improve maternal satisfaction.
