【Abstract】Objective To explore the effects of neurobehavioral examination on the early detection of abnormalities in preterm infants,and family intervention in the growth and development of premature infants.Methods A total of 86 cases of preterm infants were divided into two groups according to the date of admission, 44 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group. NBNA in neonates was corrected in the observation group, and the intervention was given according to the results. After 3 months, "0-6 years old children neuropsychological behavior check""to assess the development of the control group in the correct age of 3 months directly to the development of assessment.Results The number of depending on the reaction,Pull up vertical head and Muscle tension increased were significantly higher in the control group than that of the observation group (P <0.05).The scores of big sports, adaptability and development were better in the observation group than that of the control group (P <0.05). Condusions Neurobehavioral examination can detect early neurodevelopmental abnormalities in premature infants and help early intervention. Home care intervention can reduce the occurrence of nervous system abnormalities and promote the growth and development of premature infants.
