【 abstract 】 objective to investigate the influence of elderly patients with schizophrenia (age 60 or higher) Logitic regression analysis of prognostic factors. Method selection in February 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital 256 cases of senile schizophrenia patients in the hospital as the research object, according to the follow-up of 1 year after discharge gross rating scale (GAS) score divided the patients into group A (poor prognosis group, GAS < 61 points, n = 71) and group B (good prognosis group, GAS 61 points or more, n = 185), compared two groups of general clinical data, laboratory examination indexes, and by using Logistic regression equation analysis of the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with senile schizophrenia related factors. Results single-factor analysis two groups of patients in the level of education, marital status, family income, hypertension, metabolic syndrome and serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs - CRP), D - dimer, prolactin statistical differences (P < 0.05); Multiariable Logistic regression analysis of finally selected family economic income is low, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, hs - CRP serum p 7 mg/L, D - dimer acuity 400 mu g/L, prolactin acuity 30 mu g/L is elderly schizophrenia patients (age 60 or higher) independent risk factors of poor prognosis. Conclusion the prognosis of patients with senile schizophrenia is affected by many factors,Family economic income is low, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, high levels of serum hs - CRP, D - dimer and prolactin were independent factors affecting its, should cause attaches great importance in the clinical.
