【Abstract】 Objective:To probe the relationship between the degree of cancer -related fatigue (CRF) and personality in patients of breast cancer with chemotherapy.Methods:Cross-sectional study and the general Questionnaire,Cancer Fatigue Scare(CRF) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) were used for survey breast cancer inpatients,and the correlation between them was analyzed.􏳙􏵦􏴙􏶒􏵣􏵡􏴚􏵦􏳙􏴚􏶗􏴙􏳚􏵢􏳛􏴚􏳚􏴛􏵨􏴙􏳛􏵢􏵧Results:1. The mean score of CRF was (35.72 ±7.21),66 patients had suffered moderate fatigue; 2.The scores of neuroticism and psychotics in these patients were higher than the national norm (t=7.586,3.772;P <0.01),but the score of introversion and extraversion and EPQ-L had no obvious difference with the national norm;3.There were significantly positive correlations among neuroticism and cancer-related fatigue,physical fatigue,mental fatigue,cognitive fatigue(r =0.529,0.291,0.555,0.357;P <0.01);4.4.There was a significantly positive correlation between psychotics and mental fatigue(r=0.203,P< 0.05);5.There were negative correlations among introversion and extraversion and cancer-related fatigue swell as mental fatigue􏵣􏳛􏵥􏵟􏵨􏳙􏴙(r =􏳜0.353,􏳜0.500;P <0.01).Conclusion:Cancer-related fatigue is wide-spread in patients of breast cancer with chemotherapy,which is in the moderate level;Cancer-related fatigue is influenced by the personality factors.
