【Abstract】Objective Discuss and analysis the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention during the nursing of schizophrenic patients Methods 168 cases schizophrenic patients in our hospital were divided into conventional nursing care group (control group) and comprehensive nursing intervention group(observation group),there were 84 patients in each group, the score of BPRS、SF-36 and SSPI of the patients in these two groups were compared after the treatment and nursing . Results The score of BPRS of the patients in observation group in the fourth week、the sixth week and the eighth week after treatment and nursing were significant better than the patients in control group, the score of BPRS at the end of the eighth week was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the score of each dimension of SF-36 of the patients in observation group in the fourth week、the sixth week and the eighth week after treatment and nursing were significant better than the patients in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the TP score and the score of each factors of SSPI of the patients in observation group after treatment and nursing were significant better than the patients in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of schizophrenia patients was good, comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the condition, quality of life and social function of schizophrenia patients, it has important clinical value.
