Address: No. 65 Zhengzhou Cultural Palace RoadAbstract: Objective: to analyze the psychological changes and influencing factors of pregnant women in different pregnancy and postpartum women with SCL-90 and pregnant women. Methods: 110 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from 2013 ~2016 years were, and according to their different pregnancy were divided into A group (2 cases for early pregnancy), B group (43 cases, for the second trimester) and C group (56 cases for late pregnancy (9 cases) and D group, postpartum), pregnant women underwent SCL-90 and clinical interview method to evaluate and analyze the factors of the psychological changes and influence. Results: A group, B group, C group and D group in somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, depression, anxiety and the total positive rate is higher, and the difference between groups were significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in the age, education level, physical feeling, influence on work and study, and fetal malformation, and so on (P<0.05). The maternal age, level of education, the current physical feelings to the work, the effect of fetal malformation and other projects included in the regression equation, the age and education level of OR = 0.928 and 0.779, and 95%CI < 1, are the protective factors of mental health, the remaining 3 of the OR value were 0.259, 1.207 and 1.258 and, 95%CI is more than 1, are the risk factors of psychological health. Conclusion: in the different period of pregnancy and postpartum women, their psychological state and negative emotional experience will appear some changes, and will present different characteristics, but also social, cultural and family factors are the related factors of the psychological changes.
