目的：探讨社区精神分裂症患者社会支持、自尊与自知力与治疗态度的关系，检验社会支持的中介效应。 方法：采用社会支持评定量表、自尊量表（SES）、自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ），对上海市宝山区17街镇160名社区精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查。 结果：自尊与社会支持显著正相关（r=0.46,P＜0.01），与自知力与治疗态度显著正相关（r=0.21,P＜0.01），社会支持与自知力与治疗态度正相关显著（r=0.24,P＜0.01）自尊对自知力有明显的直接效应(β=0.211,P＜0.01)，社会支持的中介效应显著(β=0.180,P＜0.05)。结论：社会支持在自尊与自知力与治疗态度间起完全中介作用。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective: To explore the relationship between social support, self-esteem and insight treatment attitude in community schizophrenic patients, and to test the mediating effect of social support. Methods: Questionnaire surveys were conducted among 160 community schizophrenic patients in 17 street towns in Baoshan District, Shanghai, using social support rating scale, self-esteem scale (SES), insight treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ).Results: Self-esteem was significantly positive correlated with social support (r = 0.46, P <0.01) and insight treatment attitude（r=0.24,P＜0.01）. Social support was also significantly associated with insight treatment attitude（r=0.24,P＜0.01）. Self-esteem had a significantly prediction on insight treatment attitude(β=0.211,P <0.01). The mediating effect of social support is remarkable (β=0.180,P＜0.05). Conclusion: Social support plays a totally mediating role on the relation between self-esteem and insight treatment attitude.
