【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α cognitive function in patients with Alzheimers disease (AD).Methods: 86 patients with Alzheimers disease were selected from June 2015 to 2016 in our hospital, and the other patients were selected as the control group. The general information and disease information of the two groups were collected, and the cognitive function and daily behavior were evaluated by the proposed mental state scale (MMSE) and the clinical dementia rating scale (CDR).Serum IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α, CRP were detected by ELISA method, and Cys-C was detected by immune turbidimetry, and the differences of serum IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α, CRP,Cys-C were compared between the two groups.Influence factors of using non conditional Logistic regression screening AD possible, with all the crowd as the research object, analysis of serum IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α, CRP, Cys-C and MMSE score correlation.AD was used to analyze the correlation of serum IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,CRP, Cys-C and CDR score. Results:AD group of serum IL-6[(125.36±26.84) pg/ml vs (107.64±23.47) pg/ml], IL-1β[(129.17±27.14) pg/ml vs (103.15±25.56) pg/ml], CRP[(6.79±1.35)vs(5.58±1.43) ng/L],Cys-C[(2.43±0.52)vs(1.26±0.63)mg/L] is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001); group AD serum TNF-α[(116.26±17.65) pg/ml vs (114.73±15.38 pg/ml]) compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the whole crowd was negatively correlated with serum IL-1β, Cys-C and MMSE score (r=-0.187, P=0.006; r=-0.524,P=0.000); there was no correlation between serum IL-6, IL-1, TNF-α, CRP and CDR score in patients with AD, Cys-C and CDR were negatively correlated (r=-0.598, P=0.000).Conclusion:Serum levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αwere correlated with the cognitive function of the whole population, but no correlation with the severity of dementia in patients with AD.
