【摘要】目的 探讨聚焦式护理干预对产前具有焦虑、抑郁状态初产妇的影响。方法 将120例产前焦虑、抑郁初产妇随机分为观察组与对照组，各60例。对照组开展常规护理，观察组开展聚焦式护理干预，比较两组干预前后Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）评分及分娩结局。结果 干预后观察组的SAS、SDS评分及SCSQ量表中消极应对评分均显著低于对照组，而SCSQ量表积极应对评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的试产率、顺产率及新生儿1min Apgar评分显著高于对照组，产后出血量、VAS评分及产后泌乳始动时间显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 聚焦式护理有利于减轻初产妇产前焦虑抑郁状态，改善分娩结局。【关键词】产前焦虑；产前抑郁；初产妇；聚焦式护理Effect of solution-focused nursing for primiparous women with prenatal anxiety and depression，zhangli，zhanglu，guofang，linqian，yuanwenxiu，qingdaoshiliyiyuan(dongyuan)266071【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of solution-focused nursing for primiparous women with prenatal anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 120 primiparous women with prenatal anxiety and depression were enrolled and were randomly divided into observation group and control group (60 cases for each group).The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received solution-focused nursing.The Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS),simple Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) scores and the outcome of delivery were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS, SDS and negative coping of SCSQ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the positive coping score of SCSQ scale was significantly higher (P<0.05); The rate of choose trial-produce, natural delivery, neonatal Apgar score at 1 minute in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the postpartum bleeding,VAS score and initial time of lactation were significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Solution-focused nursing can alleviate the prenatal anxiety and depression of primiparous women,which can improve the outcome of delivery.
