摘要	摘要目的：调查评估中国孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童父母的照顾负担及生活质量。方法：使用Zarit护理负担量表（ZBI）评估ASD儿童父母的照顾负担。使用简式健康状况问卷第二版（SF-36v2）评估ASD儿童父母的生活质量。使用社交反应量表（SRS）评估儿童的社交障碍。使用Sobel检验研究儿童社交障碍、父母照顾负担及生活质量三者的关系。结果：与正常儿童（TD）家庭相比，ASD家庭母亲的照顾负担更重（p<0.001）；ASD家庭父母的生活质量均低于正常对照家庭，尤其是精神健康方面（p均<0.05）;ASD儿童社交障碍对其母亲生活质量的影响是通过增加照顾负担来介导调节的(p<0.001)。结论：儿童孤独症谱系障碍给母亲带来了沉重的照顾负担，并严重影响了父母的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective: To evaluate the childcare burden and quality of life in Chinese parents of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Methods: Zarit Caregiver Burden (ZBI) and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire Version 2.0 (SF-36v2) were used to evaluate the parental childcare burden and quality of life respectively. The Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS) was used to evaluate children’s social impairment. Sobel text was used to examine the relations between children’s social impairment, parental quality of life and childcare burden.Results: The mothers in the ASD group experienced a greater childcare burden than the mothers in the TD group (p<0.0010). The parents in the ASD group had a lower quality of life than the parents in the TD group, particularly for mental health(all p<0.05). Childcare burden mediated the influence of children’s social impairment on maternal quality of life (p<0.001).Conclusion: ASD is associated with heavy maternal childcare burden and poor parental quality of life.
