【摘要】目的 分析精细化管理服务体系在妇产科护理管理中的应用。方法：选取我院2015年5月-2016年2月收治的妇产科住院患者100例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组50例，对照组患者护理模式为一般护理，观察组患者护理模式为精细化管理服务。分别采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表对两组患者干预前后的焦虑抑郁情绪进行评分，并对比护理满意情况。结果：观察组患者干预后的HAMA评分和HAMD评分均显著优于对照组患者，观察组护理满意度显著比对照组患者高，比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：精细化管理服务模式对妇产科住院患者具有良好作用效果，可促进其焦虑、抑郁情绪的缓解，改善心理状态，对病情恢复有益，且可提升患者满意度，值得推广。【关键词】精细化管理服务模式；妇产科患者；焦虑抑郁情绪；影响[文章保留英文题目、英文作者姓名及单位相关英文信息，同时保留英文摘要及关键词，]Observation on the effect of fine management in nursing management of Obstetrics and GynecologyQiu Yanli,ZhangChunlian,Wang Gaofa,Huang RunqiangShiyan City Taihe Hospital(Hubei Medical College Affiliated Taihe Hospital),Hubei,Shiyan;442000Abstract: Objective To analyze the application of fine management service system in nursing management of gynecology and obstetrics department. The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were assessed by Hamilton anxiety scale and the Hamilton depression scale. Results: the HAMA score and HAMD score of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The mode of fine management service has good effect on the patients of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, can promote the emotion of anxiety and depression relief, improve the psychological state, and can be beneficial to the recovery of the disease, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
