To explore the effect of life-and-death education on death attitude and quality of life of patients with advanced cancer. Methods: 105 cases of patients with advanced cancer in our hospital as research objects. All the patients received routine care and treatment. On this basis, carried out life and death education, observed the death attitude，quality of life changes before and after life and death education. Results: Compared with before the implementation of life and death education, the death attitude of this group patients after the implementation of life and death education was significantly improved, P<0.05. There was no significant difference in the role function and body function before and after education (P>0.05), but the scores of emotional function, cognitive function, social function and total health after birth and death education were significantly higher than those before education , P<0.05. Conclusion: Life and death education of patients with advanced cancer can effectively regulate the psychological state of patients, so that patients can establish a correct view of life and death, improve the quality of life of patients.
