生死教育对晚期癌症患者死亡态度及生活质量的影响探究

摘要
目的:探讨生死教育对晚期癌症患者死亡态度及生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院收治的105例晚期癌症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受常规日常护理与治疗,在此基础上实施生死教育,观察本组患者实施生死教育前后的死亡态度、生活质量变化。结果:与生死教育实施前相比,本组患者实施生死教育后对待死亡的态度明显改善,P<0.05。本组患者实施生死教育后的角色功能、躯体功能与教育前对比无明显差异(P>0.05),但是生死教育后的情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总健康状况评分较教育前显著提高,P<0.05。结论:对晚期癌症患者实施生死教育,能够有效调节患者的心理状态,让患者树立正确的生死观,改善患者的生活质量。
Abstract
To explore the effect of life-and-death education on death attitude and quality of life of patients with advanced cancer. Methods: 105 cases of patients with advanced cancer in our hospital as research objects. All the patients received routine care and treatment. On this basis, carried out life and death education, observed the death attitude,quality of life changes before and after life and death education. Results: Compared with before the implementation of life and death education, the death attitude of this group patients after the implementation of life and death education was significantly improved, P<0.05. There was no significant difference in the role function and body function before and after education (P>0.05), but the scores of emotional function, cognitive function, social function and total health after birth and death education were significantly higher than those before education , P<0.05. Conclusion: Life and death education of patients with advanced cancer can effectively regulate the psychological state of patients, so that patients can establish a correct view of life and death, improve the quality of life of patients.
