【Abstract】Objective Discuss the study of the effect of postoperative analgesia and anxiety of limb fracture patients with the treatment of per operative psychological nursing intervention. Methods 200 limb fracture patients from January 2013 to December 2016 in our hospital were chosen and divided into control group(100 case) and observation group (100 cases), the patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing , the patients in observation group were treated with per operative psychological nursing intervention on the base on conventional therapy, to compare the VAS score 、anxiety score 、 depression score 、SF-36 score、 satisfaction of patients . Results The VAS score 、anxiety score 、 depression score 、 SF-36 score of the patients in observation group were significant better than control group, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05); the satisfaction of the patients in observation group was higher than the control group, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of per operative psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the VAS score、anxiety score and depression score,improve the SF-36 score of limb fracture patients after operation , can improve the satisfaction of the patients, ,had important clinical value, worthy of promotion in clinical application.
