| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：探讨团体心理干预对阳光心园精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法：随机选取宝山区12街镇两家阳光心园，其中一家为实验组，一家为对照组，各12例患者。对实验组患者开展为期两月共8次的团体心理辅导干预，对照组患者只接受心园提供的常规服务。采用社会支持评定量表、自尊量表、一般自我效能感量表和简易应对方式问卷在干预前后进行评估。结果：实验组干预前后社会支持总分、主观支持、一般自我效能感方面差异显著(p<0.05)。结论：团体心理干预能有效提高精神分裂症患者的自尊水平，增加其社会支持成分，并显著提升患者的一般自我效能感，在帮助患者改善应对方式方面也有很好的效果。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients in Sunshine Soul park.Methods: Randomly selected two community mental rehabilitation institutions- sunshine Soul park from Baoshan District 12 Street Town,one for the experimental group, the other for the control group.Each of institutions choose 12 patients to take part in the study. A total of eight times group counseling sessions were conducted in the experimental group in two months, while the control group received only routine services provided by the sunshine Soul park. The social support rating scale, the self-esteem scale, the general self-efficacy scale and the simple coping style questionnaire were assessed before and after the intervention.Results: after the intervention, the experimental group had significant differences in social support total scores, subjective support and general self-efficacy(p<0.05).Conclusion: Group counseling can effectively improve the level of self-esteem in schizophrenic patients, increase their social support, and significantly enhance the general self-efficacy of patients and help patients improve the coping style .
