【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Deanxit combined with Itraconazole in treatment of patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis and anxiety symptoms.Methods Ninety-two recurrent fungal vaginitis patients with anxiety symptoms were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Itraconazole,the observation group was treated with Deanxit on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared,the Self -rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self - rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The remission time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05);The total effective rate was 97.83% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 84.78% in the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores were significantly decreased in the two groups,and the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The recurrence rate was 4.76% in the observation group at 6 months after treatment, which was significantly lower than 21.62% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Deanxit combined with Itraconazole in treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis patients with anxiety symptoms can effectively improve clinical efficacy,promote the alleviation of clinical symptoms and anxiety symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate of vaginitis.
