| 摘要 |
健康的幼儿心理主要包括人格健全、智力正常以及心理健康等。体育教育教学在幼儿园教学中占据着重要位置。幼儿园体育教育目的是幼儿体育活动处发现和落脚点。通过体育教育教学增进幼儿健康、增强幼儿体质,促进幼儿在体、智、德、美等各个方面得到全面协调发展,为我国体育素质奠定基础。民间游戏在我国非物质精神文化中占据一定地位。随着社会快速发展,传统民间体育游戏已经渐渐淡出人们视野。将民间体育游戏融入到幼儿园体育教育中,不仅能够传承优秀传统文化,还能培养幼儿体育兴趣爱好,促使全面协调发展。

| Abstract |
Healthy childrens psychology mainly includes sound personality, normal intelligence and mental health. Physical education teaching occupies an important position in kindergarten teaching. The purpose of physical education in kindergartens is to find and locate in the physical activity department of young children. Through physical education and teaching, we will improve childrens health and enhance their physical fitness, promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of children in all aspects of physical, intellectual, moral and aesthetic, and lay the foundation for Chinas sports quality. Folk games occupy a certain position in Chinas immaterial spiritual culture. With the rapid development of society, traditional folk sports games have gradually faded out of peoples vision. Integrating folk sports games into kindergarten physical education can not only inherit excellent traditional culture, but also cultivate childrens sports interests and hobbies, and promote comprehensive and coordinated development.
