摘要
目的:评价太极拳训练对在校大学生抑郁情绪的改善效果方法:检索Pubmed, Web of Science, Embase, APA PsycINFO, 万方中国学术期刊数据库, 中国知网数据库关于太极拳训练应用于改善在校大学生抑郁情绪的临床研究。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7篇随机对照研究,Meta 分析显示,总体来看,太极拳训练可以显著降低在校大学生的抑郁水平(MD=-9.26,P<0.01)。结论:太极拳训练可以降低在校大学生的抑郁水平,但关于“内控性、训练频度、训练者性别会在何种程度上影响太极拳的训练效果”等诸类问题,仍需进一步探究。
Abstract
Objective: To review the effects of Tai Chi on depression for college students. Methods: The researches about the effects of Tai Chi on depression for college students were recalled from Pubmed, Web of Science, Embase, APA PsycINFO, WanFang Data and CNKI and analyzed with RevMan 5.3 software.Results: Seven randomized controlled trials were included and meta-analysis showed that Tai Chi could decrease the depression score in college students (MD=-9.26,P<0.01).Conclusion: Tai Chi could reduce the depression for college students; however, it still needs further research to explore how internal control, training frequency and the gender of the trainer could affect the training effect of Tai Chi.
