摘要:目的:探究甲状腺激素对抑郁症发病的影响。方法:从我院2017年12月到2018年12月选取60例抑郁症患者,同时同期选取60位健康者,将抑郁症患者作为观察组,健康者作为对照组,检测两组的促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3),进行对比分析。对HAMD评定各因子进行Person相关分析。结果:观察组和对照组的TSH没有明显差异(P>0.05),观察组的T3、T4明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不同性别的T3和T4均明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组不同年龄的T3均比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组不同病程患者的T3,均明显比对照组低(P<0.05),病程为12-24个月、24-60个月的患者,T4明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。患者的TSH和HAMD总分、病程呈现正相关。患者的病程与阻滞因子呈现负相关,与T3正相关。结论:抑郁症患者存在甲状腺功能异常,甲状腺激素可能参与抑郁症的形成,是抑郁症的发病原因之一。关键词:甲状腺激素;抑郁症;三碘甲状腺原氨酸
Abstract
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of thyroid hormone on the onset of depression. METHODS: Sixty patients with depression were enrolled from our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018. At the same time, 60 healthy subjects were selected. The patients with depression were treated as observation group, and the healthy ones were used as control group. The thyroid stimulating hormones of the two groups were tested. (TSH) levels, tetraiodothyronine (T4), and triiodothyronine (T3) were compared and analyzed. Personal correlation analysis was performed on each factor of HAMD assessment. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in TSH between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). The T3 and T4 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The T3 and T4 of different genders in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The T3 of different ages in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The T3 of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The patients with the disease course of 12-24 months and 24-60 months were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The patients TSH and HAMD total scores and duration of disease were positively correlated. The patients course of disease was negatively correlated with the blocker and positively correlated with T3. Conclusion: Depressive patients have abnormal thyroid function. Thyroid hormone may participate in the formation of depression, which is one of the causes of depression.Key words:Thyroid hormone; depression; triiodothyronine
