| 摘要 |
【摘要】 分析难治性抑郁症患者应用解郁丸联合西酞普兰治疗后临床疗效。方法 将我院87例难治性抑郁症患者采用随机数字表法分组，对照组43例采用西酞普兰治疗，观察组44例联合解郁丸口服，对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、汉密顿抑郁评分(HAMD)、社会功能及不良事件发生率。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率、5-HT、NE、BDNF水平均高于对照组，HAMD、SDSS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；不良事件发生率低于对照组（P>0.05）。结论 解郁丸联合西酞普兰有效改善难治性抑郁症患者症状体征，提升其社会功能，其机制与调节单胺类递质水平，激活BDNF表达有关，安全性高。【关键词】解郁丸；西酞普兰；难治性抑郁症；社会功能

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Pill combined with citalopram in patients with refractory depression. Methods 87 patients with refractory depression in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups. The control group was treated with citalopram in 43 cases, and the 44 patients in the observation group were treated with Jieyu pills. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Serotonin (5-HT), serum norepinephrine (NE), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), Hamilton Depression Score (HAMD), social function, and incidence of adverse events. Results The total effective rate, 5-HT, NE and BDNF levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The HAMD and SDSS scores were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Jieyu Pill combined with citalopram can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with refractory depression and improve their social functions. The mechanism is related to the regulation of monoamine neurotransmitter levels and activation of BDNF expression, and it is safe.[Keywords] Jieyu pills; citalopram; refractory depression; social function
