| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of Qijiaoshengbai capsule combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions. Methods a total of 56 cases of precancerous cervical cancer diagnosed in our hospital in recent 3 years (December 2018 to December 2021) were selected, aged between 40 and 50 years old (average 45.32±2.48 years old), 8 cases (39.29%) had not given birth and 48 cases (60.71%) had given birth, all of which were CIN ⅱ-ⅲ. All patients received ULTRA-high frequency electric wave knife (LEEP) surgery, and 27 of them were treated with Qijiaoshengbai capsule after surgery. Their clinical treatment was retrospectively analyzed. LEEP operation and Qijiaoshengbai capsule were used as the observation group to observe and analyze the clinical treatment effect. Results All 56 patients were successfully treated with LEEP, and the one-time complete resection rate of lesions was 96.43% (54/56). Among them, 2 cases (CIN ⅲ grade) showed microinfiltration after LEEP, namely total hysterectomy. The mean operation time of all patients was 3-12min (mean 7.51±3.24min), and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 9-12ml (mean 10.51±2.14ml). There were 2 cases of intraoperative pain, 3 cases of postoperative abdominal distension, and the other patients had no postoperative discomfort, and no recurrent lesions. The examination results of all patients before and after surgical treatment were compared. After surgery, the pathological grade decline rate was obvious in the observation group, and the cure rate was higher, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction questionnaire showed that the satisfaction of patients in both groups was above 90%, and the observation group was more satisfied, with statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion LEEP is effective in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions and can be used as the first choice of treatment. At the same time, the treatment with Qijiaoshengbai capsule can further improve the clinical efficacy, high safety and significant clinical application value.
