| 摘要 |
超声检测服用第二代抗精神病药患者的颈动脉内中膜厚度及斑块，探讨第二代抗精神病药物对颈动脉硬化的影响，分析第二代抗精神病药物的副反应与颈动脉内中膜的相关性。方法 选取我院120例30岁以上的慢性精神分裂症患者，服用氯氮平、奥氮平等、利培酮、喹硫平等第二代抗精神病药物10年以上，作为研究组。选取100例本院体检职工作为对照组。应用血管超声技术测量双侧颈总动脉（CCA）均值、球部及右侧锁骨下动脉（RScA）管腔内-中膜厚度，对检测结果分析研究。结果 青、中年组组颈动脉内-中膜（IMT）值研究组显著高于对照组（P<0.01）,老年组颈动脉内-中膜(IMT)值研究组高于对照组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义;研究组颈动脉硬化与斑块发生率也高于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组第二代抗精神病药物引起的副反应与颈动脉IMT与MBI、血糖、LDL-c、TC、TG呈正相关。结论 超声检测服用第二代抗精神病患者颈动脉IMT厚度及斑块明显高于正常人，第二代抗精神病药物引起的副反应与颈动脉IMT与MBI、血糖、LDL-c、TC、TG呈正相关。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of Second Genneration antipsychotics on the arteriosclerosis by ultrasound examination of endomembrane thickness and plaques in patients taking second generation antipsychotics.Methods 120 pationts over 30 years of age with chrronic schizophrenia in our hospital were selected to study the relationship between the adverse rections of second generation antipsychotic and the presence of refractory artery,clozapine, xenon Xi Ping every, risperidone,daoxiuping second-generation antipsychotics for more than 10 years,as the research group,100 cases of physical examination staff as control sister.Results The value of IMT in the study group was significantly higher than that in the Control group (P<0.01).and the walue of IMT in the old stubborn artery was significantly higher than than in the control group (P<0.05).The value of IMT in the syudy group was also significantly higher than in the Control Group (P<0.05）.and the side-effects induced by the second generation antipsychotics were positively correlated with T and M field .blood Glucose .LDL-C.TC.TG in the Gangue Group.Conclusion Second Generation antipsychotic the xintima-media thickness and plaque were significantly higher than those of normal subjects,Side effects of second generation antipsychotic and Carotid intijma-media,Body mass index,blood sugar,blood fat Positive Correlation.
