摘要
抑郁症是一种常见精神疾病,其病因及发病机制仍未完全阐明。众所周知,5-羟色胺( 5-hydroxy tryptamine, 5-HT)神经递质参与了抑郁症的发病,大量研究表明抑郁症的发病与环境和遗传因素的交互作用有关。本文就5-HT系统相关基因与环境相互作用与抑郁症的关系进行了综述。
Abstract
Major depressive disorder is a common mental illness, and its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated. It is well known that 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT) neurotransmitters are involved in the pathogenesis of depression. A large number of studies have shown that the pathogenesis of depression is related to the interaction of environment and gene. This article reviews the relationship between 5-HT system-related genes and environment and depression.Keywords: serotonin system genes; depression; gene and environment interaction
