Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of neurolanguage program technology in the management of anxiety and depression in patients with thoracolumbar fracture, and analyze its clinical application value. Methods: from October 2017 to September 2018 as the research period, 102 patients with thoracolumbar fracture registered in our hospital database were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the admission order, and the sample size of the single group was set as 51; the patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery, and the patients were given ordinary routine care, The patients in the experimental group were given routine treatment and nursing, and the neurolanguage program technology was added to the patients for intervention treatment. Before and after the nursing, the Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale were applied to evaluate the patients, and the anxiety and depression status of the patients before and after treatment were confirmed. At the same time, the compliance and satisfaction scores of patients for nursing work were recorded The differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results: before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups, but after the experiment, the anxiety and depression of the two groups were significantly improved, while the emotional improvement of the experimental group was better. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the completion of the experiment, the two groups of patients had different compliance and satisfaction with nursing work, but in general, the scores of the experimental group were better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of patients with middle lumbar fracture, the application of neurolanguage program technology in the psychological nursing of patients can help to improve the anxiety and depression of patients, and has a good promoting effect for the treatment of patients, and can improve the treatment compliance of patients, which has good application value and is worthy of promotion.
