[Abstract] Objective To analyze the correlation between cognitive function and hemodynamic level under transcranial Doppler ultrasound in patients with vascular cognitive impairment. Methods Fifty-two patients with vascular cognitive impairment in our hospital were selected for the study, 51 patients with vascular disease but without cognitive impairment who were treated in our hospital at the same time period were selected as the routine group, and 52 patients with vascular cognitive impairment were selected as the experiment group,Transcranial Doppler ultrasound and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) were used to check the anterior cerebral artery pulsatility index (ACA-PI), middle cerebral artery pulsatility index (MCA-PI), and average blood flow velocity of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA). -Vm), the mean blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery (MCA-Vm), and evaluate the cognitive function of the patient, and clarify the correlation between the cerebral artery pulsation index, blood flow velocity and cognitive function. Results The levels of ACA-PI and MCA-PI of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the total scores of visual space/executive function, attention, naming, orientation, memory, abstract ability, language and MoCA were lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05) ; Multiple linear regression analysis showed that MCA-PI was negatively correlated with MoCA score (P<0.05). Conclusion Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography showed that the resistance of the anterior cerebral artery and the middle artery in patients with vascular cognitive impairment increased significantly, and the pulsation index of the middle cerebral artery was negatively correlated with the cognitive function of the patients.
