Research shows that obsessive-compulsive disorder patients have some inhibitory response defects, impulse control is a kind of inhibitory response, the relationship between obsessive-compulsive disorder and impulse control has been widely concerned in recent years. In this paper, according to the characteristics of obsessive-compulsive disorder and impulse control, the relationship between obsessive-compulsive disorder and impulse control is discussed from three aspects: neurotransmitter, neural mechanism and psychology, and the related experimental research is analyzed, and the related experimental research results are integrated to provide reference for further research and clinical application.
