Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasonic treatment of B tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted by our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects by retros- pective analysis. According to the random number table method, the study object was divided into two groups, namely control group and experimental group, 60 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the experimental group was treated with ultrasound B tablets combined with antibiotics. After one month of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, quality of life, psychological status and adverse emotions of patients in the two groups were analyzed. Results The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group. From the psychological state of patients after treatment, the experimental group is better than the control group; After treatment, the incidence of bad emotions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. In terms of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the data (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, the use of ultrasonic treatment B tablets combined with antibiotic treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process is lower, the quality of life is better, the treatment effect is good, it is worth pro- moting the application in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
