【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status of depression, anxiety in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans and their related factors. Methods Selected 125 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion admitted to our department from June 2018 to June 2020. The basic data questionnaire was used to investigate demographic data and other clinical data.Social support rating scale to evaluate their social support status. Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale to analyze their depression and anxiety levels. Results The anxiety rate of 125 patients was 44.00% (55/125), and the SAS score was (45.74±12.18). The incidence of depression was 49.60% (62/125), and the SDS was (46.51±12.71). There was no difference in depression and anxiety scores among patients with different age, education level, gender, occupation and marital status (P>0.05). Different pain, disease stage, duration, and social support in patients with depression, anxiety was statistically difference(P<0.05), factor analysis, more patients with indirect claudication, gangrene, pain and so forth, duration within half a year and lower social support of patients are more prone to depression, anxiety,(P<0.05).. Conclusion Patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive disease with a course of less than half a year, less social support, combined with pain, claudication, gangrene and other diseases have a higher risk of depression and anxiety. Clinically, timely and effective intervention should be given to patients with corresponding characteristics to facilitate the treatment of the disease.
