摘要
了解大学新生抑郁现况及影响因素。方法 于2019年10月对西安工业大学2019级大一新生5217人进行PHQ-9问卷调查。结果 抑郁检出人数为3037人,检出率为58.21%。女性(OR=0.723,95%CI=0.643-0.814,P<0.001)、幼年抚养人为非父母(OR=0.794,95%CI=0.691-0.912,P=0.001)、家族三代中有精神疾病(OR=0.1.711,95%CI=1.186-2.467,P=0.004)、儿童期有心理创伤(OR=0.318,95%CI=0.258-0.392,P<0.001)、有吸烟史(OR=0.640,95%CI=0.528-0.774,P<0.001)与大学新生抑郁发生相关,其中幼年抚养人为非父母(P<0.001)、儿童期存在心理创伤(P<0.001)、有吸烟史(P<0.001)的大学新生患中重度抑郁障碍的风险较高。结论 幼年抚养人类型、儿童期是否有心理创伤、有无吸烟史与抑郁障碍是否发生及严重程度相关。
Abstract
Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of depression among college freshmen. Methonds PhQ-9 questionnaire survey was conducted on 5217 freshmen of Xian Technology University in October 2019. Results The number of people with depression was 3037, and the detection rate was 58.21%. Females (OR=0.723,95%CI=0.643-0.814,P<0.001),the child carers were non-parents (OR=0.794,95%CI=0.691-0.912,P=0.001), Family history (OR=0.1.711,95%CI=1.186-2.467,P=0.004), Psychological trauma in childhood (OR=0.318, 95%CI=0.258-0.392, P<0.001), Smoking history (OR=0.640,95%CI=0.528-0.774,P<0.001) were associated with depression in college freshmen. The child carers were non-parents (p<0.001), psychological trauma during childhood (p<0.001) and smoking history (p<0.001) are related to the severity of depression. Conclusion The types of young caregivers, childhood trauma and smoking history are associated with the occurrence and severity of depressive disorders.
