越来越多的证据表明，睡眠、认知能力与精神分裂症的症状表现之间存在内在联系，而氯氮平的治疗，尤其氯氮平及其代谢产物的比值可能与精神分裂症患者的睡眠结构改变和认知损害相关。本文综述氯氮平对睡眠结构、认知功能的影响，慢波睡眠对认知的影响，探讨氯氮平是否可能通过对慢波睡眠的调节进而影响认知功能，为将来的相关研究提供理论基础。

| Abstract |
More evidence suggests that sleep, cognitive ability and symptoms of schizophrenia are associated, and clozapine treatment, especially the ratio of clozapine and its metabolites, might be associated with changes in sleep structure and cognitive impairment in patients with schizophrenia. This paper reviews the effects of clozapine on sleep structure and cognitive function, as well as the effects of slow-wave sleep on cognition, and discusses whether clozapine may affect cognitive function through the regulation of slow-wave sleep, so as to provide theoretical basis for future related studies.
