[Abstract] Objective: To observe the application effect of positive psychological intervention on young stroke patients and its influence on depression and stigma. Methods: 75 cases of young stroke patients from April 2021 to July 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (37 cases were included, and positive psychological intervention was provided on the basis of the control group), control group (38 cases were included, and routine nursing was provided), and the depression [Beck Depression Inventory (BDI)], sleep quality [Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)] and the control group were evaluated Stigma [SSS], subjective well-being [GWB], posttraumatic growth [PTGI]. Results: before the intervention, there was no significant difference in BDI, PSQI, SSS, GWB and PTGI scores between the two groups (P > 0.05); After the intervention, BDI, PSQI, SSS, GWB and PTGI scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of positive psychological intervention on young stroke patients can reduce their depression and stigma, improve sleep quality, improve subjective well-being, and promote post-traumatic growth, which is worthy of promotion.
