摘要	报道一例以情绪障碍为首发症状，急性加重期为明显的精神行为异常的克雅病患者一例。该病为世界范围内的罕见传染病，具有医源性传播的潜在风险。探讨该病例，以期提高临床医生对该病的认识，做到早期识别及诊断。
Abstract	To report the case of a patient with Creutzfeldt Jakob disease with mood disorder as the first symptom and prominent psychobehavioural abnormalities in the acute exacerbation phase. It is a rare infectious disease worldwide with a potential risk of iatrogenic transmission. To review the case, in order to improve the clinicians awareness of the disease and to make early recognition and diagnosis.
